I cannot say enough about the entire staff at Huntsville CC. From Ms Mary at the front to Josh the Manager, I felt like I was among friends the moment I arrived. There were several delays during the repairs, but the communication was proactive and responsive, every time. 5/5 Stars! I would recommend to anyone who values professionalism and superb customer service.

My vehicle was ready 2 weeks soo er than originally expected. It had been cleaned and vacuumed, definitely a plus. However, there was a piece that had been broken during the repair. Caliber wanted to submit it to my insurance. That part was not damaged when my vehicle was dropped off to them. But, Jesse was able to order the part and install it within a few days without involving my insurance company. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collison to others.

My car was finished before the estimated time given and given back to me nice and clean! I can’t even tell the car has been in an accident! The paint job is fantastic… matched up perfectly. Everything looks exactly like it should!

Jesse & Josh were fantastic! They showed me great customer service and so did the lady in the office! She was very accommodating and super sweet! My car was finished before the estimated time given and given back to me nice and clean! God bless whoever cleaned my car because let me tell you, they put in some work!The paint job was amazing! The color matched perfectly! All in all a great experience and my car looks great & I'm glad to have it back in the condition it’s in!

Every time I called the team was polite and helpful while giving me updates on my vehicle. The tech let me know they cleaned my car up and threw away any trash in the vehicle, and while I am embarrassed on the state I left my car in, I was extremely appreciative that they did that. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to friends and family as a wonderful place to go when they need body work done on their cars!
