Broken replacement part was placed on my vehicle and only cosmetic repair was performed when I clearly reported shaking of wheel when i dropped it off and again during estimate phone call and when I came to check on the progress. No one checked driving condition.

Replacement taillight was broken and placed on vehicle. Notes been disregarded about the driving conditions of vehicle and was sent back shaking and still not fixed. Only cosmetic repairs were made, even though I mention the truck was driving funny when I dropped it off.

The overall repair was satisfactory. I only noticed a few items. One very minor scratch on the door the door that was replaced that didn't warrant fixing. However, I found a few parts and trim that were re-installed poorly. A rubber boot that contains wearing that connects to the inside edge of the door to the frame between the front and rear door. It was not fully connected. There was also several tiny snaps that holds the rubber trim on the edges of the door that were not connected properly. A plastic panel on the repaired door appears to be misaligned. My seat was moved and not returned so I could get in without a problem. The intense smell of paint inside. I think more attention could have been done to make sure all of these were addressed. I will not be bringing my business back there.

When I picked up my vehicle, I left the rental car with u and gave the guy the key for it, but somehow u lost the keys for awhile. I was nearly panicking because I would be held liable. When I called your shop the girl who answered did not know anything. Finally the keys had been turned back in.

They went above and beyond. They got me in and repaired in a record amount of time. Will was very understanding, about not having a rental. They even stayed a little bit after closing to help make sure I had my car back. I appreciate all the hard work that they did to get me back in my car.
