There’s a gap between my trunk and my bumper and you can see the ground, you can push the bumper in and it attempts to clamp but doesn’t. I went to another body shop and they said even tho it is after market part I shouldn’t be able to see the ground. I asked someone to come out and look at it when I picked it up and she was very rude and would not, said to take it up with insurance adjuster.

Would’ve rated it higher but I found 2 things that weren’t like they were supposed to be. 1 at time of delivery and the other I had to come back the next day. They did a great job of taking care of it, just a bummer to have to go back.
