Was very thankful and impressed with the quality of work that was done on my car. My car is my baby and I wanted to make sure it was well taken care of and that the repairs to the body made it appear as new as it was before the collision. Caliber Collision did not disappoint! They went above and beyond! Not just in physical appearance and quality work but also in their kindness and great customer support!. Thanks to Will for calling and keeping me up to date on the car and the reassurance I needed when worrying about the outcome. Happy with everything except now there are issues popping up

The door will not stay open. All the other doors stay open but the one u wanted on now closes on its own when opened all the way. Seems like there is an issue with the hinge. Also, the mirror is not like it was before and there is a knocking somewhere in the door when turning at times. The clear protective strip that was put in the door does not stay in place either.

Where do I start? From the minute I brought my car in for an estimate to driving off in a car that looked brand new, everyone at Caliber was professional, personable and provided excellent service and results. They sent me a text keeping me informed of the progress they were making on my car and allowed me to ask questions. The receptionist, General Manager and all employees in charge of repairing my car made me feel like a valued customer. I’ve already recommended Caliber to my friends.

I am very satisfied with your employees and the jeep being complete. I did have an issue on how long it took, and the false completion dates. But I was patient am very happy it is completed correctly. I love the work they've done and would recommend them for service's. Everyone was very nice.
