We scheduled appointments - not knowing if all the parts were going to be in by the date of the appointment. It would have been great if they had called me the day before to let me know thumbs up or thumbs down. Instead, I was initiating calls to them. And didn’t get a return call one time.

The overall experience was good. There are things that were out of your control with the part that was delayed and damaged 3 times. Due to this it cost us extra rental fees for a car. I had to call a couple of times to get updates to determine if i needed to continue the rental. When we did finally receive the car back the door was malfunctioning due to a repair on the drivers side door. I must say everyone was very kind and helpful in all cases. Again, overall satisfied just wish it didn't take so long for it to be finished.
