The whole experience was very streamlined and efficient. I scheduled the appointment, my insurance sent over my policy information so when I walked in everything was already to go. The job was completed in less than a week, and my car looks good as new. I'm very pleased.

I kept telling you that these repairs were for my car and not my husbands car and we are both on the policy and every time you have contacted me you have called me Virgil instead of Lynn. The work on my car was great and I was satisfied with how quickly you repaired it but I do not appreciate the sexism.

took way too long to complete the work. Had issues with the car rental (car broke down, had to drive to the airport to get a replacement vehicle, was not allowed to rent the type of car I needed, was charged $10 above what the insurance paid, car was filthy when I took possession first day.
