I had a great experience they always gave updates, they transported me to get the rental car and return it. I have never had to file a claim on a collision before so I was super surprised when I saw my car detailed and it smells so good. The staff that I interacted with we all so friendly.

Although the detail and finished work is holding true and great. The process was the issue and broken promises are a let down.

I had to stay in touch with them for changes, only for them to announce to me later that they made the change. They seemed very off put, maybe multiple bad customers over time, not sure.

Although the team at caliber collision has been very helpful throughout this issue, this will now be my fourth time, returning, as the issue has not been fixed. I have been very understanding up until this point, and have been very polite, even while returning my car for unfixed problems. This time I made it two weeks without any issues and now the problems are recurring. I have run out of patience. This is ridiculous.

They kept me updated every couple days. I was never in the dark on anything. The thing I loved the most was I could drop my rental car off there and get my own vehicle. That helped me out tremendously. Thank you

Wonderful office person greets you at the door. Estimator of repair cost was very through and used Subaru parts to fix car. Work made the car look to be in original condition. All electrical systems work like new. Very pleased and highly recommend.

The endless delays and horrendous communication make it impossible to work with this shop. I would never put a friend or family member in the same position.

Caliber Collision took months to get back to my multiple messages and finally deal with my repairs. The estimate was also delayed by weeks and messed up my travel plans that were made in advance.

I don't know damage resulted from a car hitting me and running up under my car. There was not a great deal of visible damages. The bumper was replaced otherwise it was internal

The estimate was so different than the actual costs that I have concerns all repairs either not done or not sone with quality Kia parts. The staff at the body shop are very nice but I do not believe the insurance to be ethical in practice. They still have given a fair offer for injuries.

I was impressed from the minute the lady did my estimate till the work was completely done. I will say, they went above and beyond and I would recommend this body shop to everyone I meet. Plus it didn't take long either. Fast, Efficient, Friendly, super Professional, I will not forget.
