The paint job has defects all over the hood and paint bubbles. And I have to take my car to the repair shop because since I got my car back the vehicle will not start. I would never recommend this shop to anyone and I’m going to call my insurance and complain so it gets taken off the list of approved shops. If this is the product you turn out to people you should be ashamed. After almost a month of having my car there is not a single thing correct on it that you guys did a good job. I don’t complain much but this is trash.

I am satisfied with the work done but I think the text communication is very misleading. I had an appt and was receiving texts that the work was coming along nicely. It wasn't until almost a week after they had my car that I called to check and the work hadn't even started. Why did I drop my car off on my appt day if work wasn't starting until DAYS after? All while receiving misleading texts when they hadn't touched my car? I found this frustrating and the text communication about the work being done became meaningless because I knew it was an automated process that had nothing to do with the actual work being completed.
