Amazing. The replaced parts look exactly like they would on a new vehicle. Form, underside and paint. Also I was impressed with the vehicle's detailing outside and inside. It made me feel good when I sat in the vehicle and drove away.

It was awesome. There's no sign that there was even a repair done. Excellent. And the cleanliness of the vehicle was amazing. I did not expect this. Also the Customer Service ladies were nice to work with.

Excellent service and work. But the back hatch gate of my Subaru 2023 Outback won't open either manually or with the key fob. Had to make a trip to Dallas and took it to a Calliber Collision here and they determined that the whole back door would have to be taken apart, so I plan to bring it back to you next Monday when I get home. Nice to know you stand behind your work! Thanks

Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly and straightforward with information.... from the reception desk to the Manager. The only name I was told was "Will" the Service Manager (?). He was very informative and kept me informed on the the repair process. I will be recommending Caliber to anyone who needs bodywork.

Will, that provided the estimate was professional, thorough and made sure we understood the pricing and the process. The receptionist was professional and efficient and made me feel welcome. The young lady that brought me home and picked me up was a real treat! She was professional and happy, and friendly. When I picked up my car, the work they completed looked fantastic and they even detailed my car! I highly recommend Caliber Collision at 40 Highway in Independence!
