Once they got the parts in that they needed to work on my car the process was quick and painless! They did a great job and worked with me on getting some other issues addressed while they had my car. Once I got my car back I noticed something that was not right and they were apologetic and wanted to make things right. I brought my car back in and they fixed it on the spot.

They have wonderful customer service. The only area in which I think that they could have improved is to have kept me more informed in the very beginning. I knew it would take them some time to get the parts to fix my car, but I didn't hear from them for weeks. I sent an email. Never got any response. Finally I called them and with in 24 hours they had me scheduled to bring my car in. Just have to wonder if I'd called a week earlier would they have got me in a week earlier or would I still be waiting if I hadn't called?

They did a really good job and impressed me I don't know where you guys got your body shop people from but the work was so dang good I would tell anyone to take their car to caliber collisions because they really take care of your vehicle and I named my car Sylvia because she is a silver buck verano

There's a whistling noise coming from the replacement door, but I have read that is somewhat normal with door/window replacements. Hopefully it goes away. Everything else is flawless though, particularly the bodywork on the front door.
