I love the I have a problem they didn't fix my Crank Case Sensor was crack due to the wreck it showed up two days I drove it two days and the check engine light came on. I took it to AutoZone and they did a diagnostic And that's what came up. That's the only problem I'm having my car has never been wrecked I just need that fix I have no money. But other then that I like them cleaned the heck out of my car Will did a fantastic job. I just need that crank cases senor the grill hit the case.

Great job on replacing my driver's door handle after an attempted theft from my home. You also replaced my bumper as well and made my Acura MDX look brand new. This has put a smile on my face.

The staff at Caliber Collision is top notch. They were very informative throughout the process and had amazing customer service. I was not very nice upon my arrival due to the frustration of the accident that damaged my car. Regardless, the staff was incredibly nice and understanding despite my confusion and unsavory demeanor. My car insurance was not the easiest to deal with and they managed to help me within the timely manner that I truly needed. Needless to say I did apologize for my initial rude behavior and would definitely work with this team again given the need. 10 out of 10. Great shop. Even better employees.

Broken replacement part was placed on my vehicle and only cosmetic repair was performed when I clearly reported shaking of wheel when i dropped it off and again during estimate phone call and when I came to check on the progress. No one checked driving condition.

Replacement taillight was broken and placed on vehicle. Notes been disregarded about the driving conditions of vehicle and was sent back shaking and still not fixed. Only cosmetic repairs were made, even though I mention the truck was driving funny when I dropped it off.
