Unnecessary work performed without prior authorization or notice. Occupancy sensor calibration was not part of the initial estimate. We replaced a bumper. There should’ve been no reason to remove the passenger seat, work around the B pillar, or anything else that would necessitate a passenger seat zero point calibration. The fact that you charged me $150 to do work that was not required smacks of fraud.
