They sanded the finish off my Acura grille emblem and sanded off half the finish on the left head light. Neither were part of the damage when the car was brought in. Sloppy and mediocre work at best. They are supposed to replace the Acura grille ornament but I guess we’ll see if they follow through. I am disappointed and less than impressed with their work when finished.

We went to pick up our vehicle when they said it was ready and we saw a few scratches on the tailgate that had been repaired and a few paint drips, and it was misaligned so that there was a gap on one side bigger than the other and the tail lights didn’t lineup very well. There was also a loud noise coming from the motor that opened and shut the gate, probably from the misalignment. They had also put the emblems in the wrong place, so they agreed to fix everything which they did after an additional week now it looks great and sounds a lot better. It was very clean when they gave it back too. We were very 000 surprised that they tried to give it back to us in that condition.

Everyone was courteous and friendly. Was able to drop truck off day before going on vacation and received updates daily on the progress. Was able to pick truck up one day after returning. These, along with being quick but thorough is why I picked Caliber.

The people are GREAT. But the fact that you are closed on Saturdays really chafes. Sunday…okay, but Saturdays should be considered a work day, especially for folks that work and have rental cars.
