Frank and Dalton took AMAZING care of me and my vehicle through a lengthy repair process. They even paid for me to get a rental so I could attend some business functions during the time period without my car and so I didn’t have to have those out-of-pocket expenses, which was so kind. Totally dissatisfied!! Was completely dismissed by Frank when I pointed out a panel that was sticking out. Contacted my insurance company and they said that it will be fixed. I asked not to take it back to Caliber Collision in Indianland due to the fact that I have lil scratches on my car that wasnt there before. My car was filthy dirty inside and out. Mud all on my floor mat in the driver's side. My wheel alignment is off. Just a mess...never again!!! Not to mention I was told my car was worked on for 90 hours with a bill of 10,000 and my car was there for 6 weeks. Total waste of time and money.
