Repair was initially skimped on. Upon pickup, four separate long scratches remained on the black grill plastic cover upon pick up. Leroy promptly resolved the issue and replaced the grill cover. It appears a final proof check was neglected and was both unexcusable and unprofessional by Caliber. Car looks very good after all repairs were complete. No calls please.

Very kind and efficient. Kept me updated about all of the changes that were going on. Insurance had even made the enterprise too far and they were able to change it to the one down the street which was so helpful. They were so kind!!

I discovered a couple of issues on my way home from picking the car up today. 1. I’ve gotten a “Blind Spot Assist Inoperative” warning on the dash. We didn’t see that before our collision, but I can’t say for sure that it’s related to the repair. 2. There is a wide black plastic (?) panel dangling in the area of the tow hitch.
