The status update app was very useful. They knew and notified me that my repair was done before my actualy insurance app. The receptionist was very patient and personable from day one. I appreciated being recognized everytime I called. Having the General Manager walk me through the repairs at the end was a valued gesture. Pointing out where the repair was done and offering the option to come back if not satisfactory was nice. This was a good choice to make and I will continue to think of Calliber if at anytime I need a repair.

The shop is clean, timely, communicative and accommodating. Since they work directly with Peogressive I had my rental drop off the car which made sure I had a car and serviced returning the car.

The paint matched the color of my car. I appreciated the courtesy exterior cleaning service at the end. My car looks as good as new and the repair cost was not as bad as initially thought.
