I have had my cars in 3 different times and I am 1000% happy each time. Brandon went well above and beyond to work through a problem that my car had due to age. He let me know what was going on every step of the way. The office staff are so friendly and I never felt like just a customer. The third experience was just as great as the first and second. I will never take my car anywhere else if the need shall arrive.

All repairs were went well. We did notice an issue after the fact and since Caliber or the contracted tire shop knows how it happened it will be my responsibility to fix. I’m not happy about this because no matter how it happened it happened under Calibers watch. Really disappointed that Caliber refused to fix .
