When I decided to use Caliber Collision as part of American Family’s Dream Restoration Program, I wasn’t sure about it because I hadn’t heard of them. But I trusted AmFam’s choice, and the fact that the work would be guaranteed for life. Wow what a surprise it was at the excellent service and communication I received. From the beginning I was nothing but impressed. Walking into the office it was clean and professional appearing. Robert was our service contact and he was outstanding in explaining every detail and in keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. He was a genuine and thorough contact. The man that worked on my car was named Robert. You need to give that guy a raise! He was awesome! I can’t tell you how many times I called to clarify details, check in on the car, etc. He was incredibly patient with me and answered everything I could possibly ask. Very pleased with my experience at Caliber Collisions.
