This whole process was very stressful in the beginning with the moment caliber collision took over. Everything just seems so easy. Alan was my representative. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. He even had high hopes that I would get my car back in less than a week and that’s exactly what happened. It was a nine day job and he got it done within a week. I can’t thank him so much the final result was beautiful and I’m glad I get to have my car back again.
