Caliber Collision truly went above and beyond my expectations. From start to finish, they kept me informed every step of the way and clearly explained what my insurance covered, which made the entire repair process smooth and stress-free. I also had an unexpected situation where my electric vehicle froze shortly after I picked it up. Naturally, I was concerned it might be related to the recent repairs. However, it turned out that a software update I had downloaded drained the battery — it was not related to their work at all. Despite this, their team still came out, towed my vehicle, recharged it, and took excellent care of me. Brian, the manager, was outstanding. He handled everything professionally and didn’t even charge me for the additional assistance. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about this team. Highly recommend.
