Everyone I dealt with at Caliber were courteous and professional especially Alan. He was very patient and answered every question I had. He thoroughly explained the process needed in repairing my vehicle. I also appreciated that he constantly kept me notified on the progress of the repairs. Secondly I want to thank the technician(s) involved in repairing my vehicle. They did such a fantastic job. I can’t even tell that my vehicle was ever damaged. This vehicle means a lot to me and I plan to keep it forever and caliber made that possible. Thank you very much.

Customer service was very nice, everybody was very welcoming. Miguel took very good care of my vehicle and was very professional. I appreciated the reminders via text/call as things can get away from me very easily. Overall 11/10 experience!
