The manager Bryan was excellent. Called in the morning after the crash, got in within an hour. Drop off was easy and fast and he was very professional. Kept my status updated and personally took care of it and called me first thing the morning of the day of pickup. I told him I’d pick it up as soon as I could based on my work, and he said even if I’m late just let him know and he’d hang around after close to make sure I got my car. Walked me around the car and explained all the work they did, detailed the car for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Bryan!

Absolutely terrible service from Irvine Caliber Collision location.I would never take my car to Irvine Caliber Collision!Miguel is my advisor.Poor customer service provided by “Miguel”.He told me my car is ready to be pick up. Hand down back to me without wash and details of my car :-( 👎👎👎👎👎.Miguel Fail on his part of the Customer Service.Delivery quality service control is really bad and Miguel wants to get rid of the car quick and want to collect the payment. I have talked with the body shop manager Bryan get this resolved. The repair advisors “Miguel” needs to have better knowledge and understanding 😕😕😕😕😕👎👎👎👎👎!!
