Excuse my brevity as I'm only focusing on the critique here...I was given my car back on an empty tank. I don't expect you guys to fill it up but after billing 12k worth of repairs you could have put enough gas to get me home. You also reported to the insurance company that my car was returned one day earlier than I actually received so I had problems returning the rental today. I was also called 4 days in a row telling me that the car was ready but each day it kept getting ready delayed. It was a little frustrating. I still have to gage the repairs but at least on that end you seem to by OK. You guys also didn't clean the car on the inside. For major jobs like this, you could go a little above expectations given I've waited 6 weeks for my car only to have to deal with gas and cleaning it. There was also some plant stems left in my center console...that was weird. There were positives though but the sad reality is I've gotten my car back cleaner from brake jobs than this job.
