Impressive! Looks very even with color and the finish. I do QA type work so I cant help but notice little things but I can live with it since the car was in an accident. I noticed the door doesn't swing entirely shut like it use to. Needs a tad more force to close. The divet near the door handle has a tad more warp. Missing smooth pearlescent texture inside the door trim close to the window. Missing one valve cover on right rear tire. Small details I can live with.

Alan and Mariam are great. There was a slight over estimation of the ready time for pickup by a day and a half along with some communication of mine that didn't get passed along between the two. However, I'm just thankful all was figured out in a reasonable time frame.

From the beginning, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and communication provided by the team. I was provided updates every step of the way by Brian, and greatly appreciated the time provided to answer my questions regarding the repair process. I previously had an awful experience at another collision center and figured that must be how all businesses are run. Caliber Collision completely changed my perspective. The quality of the repair is excellent, and I appreciate the extra step to clean the interior/exterior before pick up. That extra touch tells me everything I need to know about the level of attention and detail this company is committed to.
