The experience was great. The staff were courteous, professional and they made sure that my concerns were addressed. My vehicle was transported to another one of Caliber's repair shops to expedite the repair. Mr. Jack was at that location and kept me informed on the work. Altogether it took less than a week to fix the damage to the car. It went to Caliber Collision on Monday and it was back at the 1st location for pick up by Friday. Unlike the nightmare that I had at Facto Bake many years ago, Caliber Collision did an excellent job from start to finish. Great job everyone!
