Ian was so kind and patient with my situation gone wrong. I was uable to get insurance to cover repairs so i had to take my car home until i came up with the money. It took me almost a month. I reached back out as soon as I was ready and he treated me like I had called him the day after I took it home. When I got my car back, several days before the estimated time, it was amazingly beautiful. I swear was in better shape when I got it back than it was when I gave it to him. He even offered to stay after hours so that I could pick it up that day. I would recommend Ian and this company to absolutely anyone that need collision work done!!!!!

The customer service from start to finish was excellent!! Also, my technician was so nice. I have a crack in my windshield (unrelated to the accident) that needs to be replaced. I was going to use another company but I was so impressed that I'm going to have Caliber do the replacement.
