The bumper improperly installed. Now sticks out 1/4 inch on passenger side where the accident was and now the bumper sticks out the same on driver side. Before accident everything was smooth. My wife was told due to a former accident it couldn't be set right. Seriously, an accident from 10 years ago that was fixed correctly and smooth. Allstate has been notified of the shady work and will contact me for an Allstate adjuster to look at it. They have original pictures when I switched to Allstate. I'll let Allstate take care of this What a lame excuse for a poor repair.

caliber collision did a great job on my truck the color was on point. everything thing came out nice . my truck seems to show no problems when I just tested it . I have be out of town so was hard to give a view on it till I was really able to drive it. thanks for doing a great job . if you need your car fix after a crash they are one of the best places. thanks again.

The lady at the front desk was a little younger looking and she wore glasses I didn’t grab her name but she was there for both my drop off and pick up. She explained the paper work and process in detail enough for me to follow her instructions without asking twice.
