My Experience

The staff were great! There were several delays for parts that weee outside of their control but they kept me informed. Also noticed an oil leak and topped off severely low oil level that could have ruined engine.

Had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Crockett was awesome from start to finish. He explained the whole process, kept me updated along the way, and made everything really easy and stress-free. My truck came out looking great, and I’m very happy with the work they did. What a great experience! Everyone seemed to know and do their job well. I appreciated their knowledge and efficiency. They stayed in touch either me, stayed on schedule, and handled everything professionally. I especially appreciated Crockett helping us move our belongings from the rental car to my own car when I came to pick it up. And Madeleine at the front desk was great!

This survey is not well created. There needs to be multiple levels of answers. I do not have the car, my son has it on base in NC. Therefore, the only response I can provide is based on the photos my son sent. Front what I can see, it looks ok. I will have a better idea in two weeks when the car is back up here in New York. I must say the communication during the two weeks was excellent.
