I would like to take a moment to thank the entire team at Caliber Collision on North Marine Boulevard in Jacksonville, NC, for the outstanding service and excellent repair work performed on my vehicle. From the beginning of the process, the team kept me informed, walked me through everything, and made sure I understood each step. The repairs were completed professionally, and the quality of the work was exceptional. The damage and dent that were there before are completely gone—you truly cannot tell it was ever there. I especially want to recognize John. I do not know his last name, but he represents exactly what customer service should be. His professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and willingness to help made this experience a positive one from start to finish. John and the team at Caliber Collision were absolutely outstanding throughout the entire repair process. From the first conversation to the final pickup, the communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were top tier. John kept me updated every step of the way and made the entire experience stress free. My GMC came back looking incredible, and you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers. The truck was returned clean, repaired properly, and handled with care the entire time. It’s hard to find people who take this much pride in what they do anymore, and it definitely shows here. Huge thanks to John and the entire Caliber Collision team for going above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing repairs done right the first time.

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision. The team there is incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment you walk in. What I appreciated most was their communication. They kept me completely posted on every procedure and update throughout the entire repair process, so I was never left wondering what was going on with my vehicle. To top it all off, they actually got my car fixed and back to me before the original estimated completion date! Highly recommend them for their professionalism, friendliness, and speed. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Caliber Collision went above and beyond with my Dodge! I was referred to Caliber to have some damage repaired due to being rear-ended. As they were inspecting the damage to be repaired, the team member (Crockett in Jacksonville, NC), noticed I had some bubbling paint alongside my driver side. He asked if anything was repaired in that area previously. Sure enough I did have my driver side repaired in 2020 by Caliber in Temecula, CA due to a hit and run on my parked vehicle. Crockett continued to explain that they may be able to fix what he saw under the Caliber warranty. After sending pictures to management, he contacted me and let me know that they could fix my whole driver side while it was there getting the other damages fixed! I’ve always noticed the issues on that side, but never once thought I could have Caliber fix it under warranty. Crockett did not need to go any further than what I was coming in there for, but I’m so glad he did! I was sent updates throughout the whole process. Caliber did an amazing job overall and my Durango looks brand new! Thank you Caliber for the outstanding customer service! I will forever be a customer and make sure to spread the word!
