Great communication with Mariana the receptionist, as well as with Harris. The text updates were very appreciated. Truck looks great, it was completed in a timely manor, and for a fair price.

The repairs looked great and you were fairly communicative for the duration of the fix. However, I do wish that the estimated day of repair was over estimated for planning purposes. Thank you!

From the moment I dropped off the car I was treated like I was an inconvenience to the woman at the reception desk. I wasn't the one responsible for the accident but it seemed like I totaled her car for how rude she was to me. Ongoing updates and correspondence sent via txt message were very informal and with poor grammar as if the person sending them was not even a middle school graduate. Very informal and unprofessional. 15 days after drop off a sensor was still pending delivery because they ordered the wrong one. Often I wouldn't receive anticipated completion date notifications until after the previous anticipated completion date had passed. My vehicle was not treated with care and was obvious due to the back hatch being left open during repairs allowing dust and overspray to enter the Cabin of my vehicle. The repairs done to my vehicle were not done with care or any quality control ensuring they were done properly. When I went to pick up my vehicle, clips were missing to hold the fender wells in place. Damage done to the interior of the vehicle from the accident was not repaired and as I mentioned, covered in dust from the hatch being left open while repairs being done and the damaged exhaust cover from the accident was not replaced because it "was overlooked" but very noticeable damage was present. The first pick-up attempt the vehicle was unsatisfactorily and it's upsetting that I was even called to pick it up. Once again, no supervision or Quality Control to see the product the employees are putting out. So I left and waited for the discrepancies I identified to be corrected. Exhaust cover ordered by Caliber came in damaged which extended the repair time and even the final exhaust cover wasn't in perfect shape. In all, 35 days for a relatively simple repair. There was no accountability for how long the repair took. A lot of finger pointing and blame put on "Jaguar" because the parts are so hard to get. Not one apology. Initially when talking to the insurance Company they asked if I had anyone specific in mind to work on the vehicle. My response to that was "anyone but Caliber Collision". They're awful, three times I've dealt with them and none of those times for an accident that was my fault. If u want to better people's experience with this Caliber location. Get a receptionist that has people skills and can present themselves as a professional. Correspondence done via txt should be polite and professional, whoever is behind the keyboard should be literate and not try and cut corners with casual conversation. Quality control and supervision on work being done is a must. It's sad that the work completed was not inspected the first time I was called to pick up my vehicle. If it was, than that's a problem. Management accepting responsibility for the problems this establishment has is the sign of a good leader. There is clearly absence of leadership at this business. If this offends the employees and manager, Good. It's not personal. It's just business and you can get better. A lot better

My bumper looks as if there was no damage done to it at all! Quick turn around drop off on Monday and picked it up Friday. I was not able to pick up my car before the business closed but they allowed me to pay over the phone and they left the keys in the car for me to be able to pick it up when it worked for me
