My biggest concern was my first attempt to pick up my car…. Harris presented the repair to me…. It was a absolutely disaster and he was fine with that…. I wonder how many old people or people he has convinced to take accept a unacceptable repair …..so no i will never recommend caliber for repairs

I had to come and inspect my car 5 times before i could accept the repairs…. The paint was a disaster…. Massive orange peel….on original pickup…. Car was presented but painter had been off and had no sanded… Employee Haris should be fired….he wanted me to accept condition of my car as it was and stated he would have done so if the car was his….absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable….. it tool an additional 4 time to pick up…. Had Geico rep inspect and even then car had damage on driver passenger door…. Unacceptable all around

Stacy was a nice person…. Seem to want to do what was right to fix my car….she came in on a off day for me to accept my car but i found other damage….. she seemed disappointed and had her hysband look at it and he was able to confirm my concern
