The work was done well but I can tell there was work done. Also, they failed to match the paint correctly nor did they put metallic flake in the paint so the back looks completely different than the rest of the vehicle. If they could not match it correctly, they should have taken it somewhere that could have. Not happy about this but who am I. The rating is based on the lack of communication during this process. Had someone reached out and told me the paint would be different I may have been able to circumvent this issue and would have brought you the materials if need be to actually repair my vehicle back to the standard it held before you painted it a different color. Not pleased at all.

The people were super pleasant to deal with. Just not happy with your work or procedures. The lack of communication directly and only through some app that gives no actual instruction or updates is not good. Again, this could have all been avoided if phone calls were made like I asked for to begin with. This is another reason I am frustrated. I specifically asked for phone call updates not texts.

My truck was completed extremely quickly, only thing was once I left and I realized my rear view camera wasn’t working. They fixed it quickly but it cost me an hour of time.
