The folks at Caliber Collision took every bit of stress out of having my car repaired. They handled everything for me and provided updates by text and finished the repair a week before the estimated time of repair. And the most important part is my car looks amazing. Had a great experience but would have preferred telphone communication when status was changes, so we knew WHY rather than going from pick up back to in process, to paint, to inprocess. A call to advise the pickup as been delayed rather than my having to call the day it was schedueld for pick up to find out it was not done.
