I can’t say enough about how great this location is. It is clear they have fostered a team environment and that family like experience spills over to the clients. I would never take my car anywhere else given the opportunity. James is a pro, this man has exemplary customer service skills ,keeping you updated and informed, he goes above and beyond his title and never misses a beat. Amanda (hoping I got that right, blonde who works the front desk) is a consistent comforting tone in a trying time, I know because I’ve been to the location twice in the past two months. These folks are on their game and if you ask my opinion no other body shop in NC can even come close to the experience and work this Caliber location provides. The whole shop deserves a raise because you only know you have a really good team if they’re consistently good take my word for it ,they are!!!!
