Caliber customer service was top notch! I had a very mild rear end bump that turned spicy real quick when the offender got hostile and didn’t want to take to insurance like an adult. The manager came right out, put out that fire and they proceeded to help me through this first time process. I was set up with a rental, kept up to date on all repairs and was pleasantly greeted with my vehicle all nice and fixed as new. Couldn’t be happier.

What a great repair facility! From the manager John Molfetto, to the service reps Amanda and Crissy the service and communication were first class. The paint guy did an awesome job on the front end of my wife’s suburban as well. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend the Richlands store on Yopp Road for anyone needing bodywork.
