After the accident, Caliber Collision made repairs from an accident easy to get through. Walked us through all the repairs with continuous updates on what was being completed. They also finished the work ahead of time and made the car look beautiful again.

I don't like having been poached from another Caliber facility. I don't like the extra charges ($30.00 twice for coolant, for instance.) I don't like that, after I got the truck back, I had to add coolant. I don't like that "We're waiting on parts" seemed to be a "get out of jail free" card.

This was my second experience with caliber, and it was great. My first experience, I got rear-ended and they fixed everything to suspect it has worked. Great looks great and the people in the caliper that I went to are very nice and helpful. My second experience was just recent and somebody hit the front right corner of my car and they fixed it to where it looks brand new again, I've had no issues. They had the rental there for me when I needed it and had the rental returned for me. It was a great overall experience

The wrong part was put on my car. I pointed out to the that it was not like the other side. They promised to make it right. I was given several excuses and nothing has been done. It has been over a month and not one update on what is going on. I calle them and they said the wrong part came in and they reordered it. Two weeks later and nothing. At this point I have no confidence in Caliber at all.

From the moment I walk in the receptionist was very helpful arranging my pickup of rental and returning it. Kristina was fantastic keeping me updated on my car and was able to get it a couple of days earlier. Would highly recommend Caliber Collision. Hopefully I will not need them anytime soon.
