Beaux took care of my car after it was bonked into a month or so ago and I couldn’t have asked for a better team! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, patient with me, and they answered all of my questions. Not that I want to get into another car accident but if I did this is where I’d come for repairs! I also needed an adjustment on the new door they put on and it was the smoothest and quickest thing I’ve ever had done to my car. No notes!

I have to admit I went in with a surly attitude because someone hit my truck and didn’t even bother to leave a note or anything. I didn’t know about it (passenger side) until a few days later. Alex at Taylorsville rd location was very kind and I later felt bad I was so angry. So sorry sir. The repair was not only fabulous but so fast too. Granted it was a hole in aluminum, but it was still bad and caused me to have a rental and report to insurance. They did a super job and they’re very kind and knowledgeable people. Thank you so much for making my truck whole again!

Great service and work from start to finish! I couldn’t be happier with the results and the kindness of the people there. I began with a but if a surly attitude due to the “injury” being not a fault of my own, and no info from the person who did it, but Alex did actually talk me off that ledge. Great group of people!

These guys were absolutely the BEST!!! I got text messages about the repairs on my car, and they would even call me to give me updates. Any and ALL of my questions and concerns were answered!! I highly recommend these wonderful guys for any car repair. And I will definitely come back, hopefully not any time soon (lol), to have any repairs done!!! AWESOME customer service!!!

I would recommend this place to ANYONE. They did such a good job, got my car done quicker than what was estimated, and they literally sent me updates every other day to keep me in the loop on when my car would be ready, then called when it was ready. I got a low tire notification on my ford app while my car was still in the shop (around 9 am,), saying that my tire pressure was low. (21 where all the others were in the mid 30,s). I thought that was odd since I still hadn’t gotten the car back yet. I got a call from (Tyler I believe), later that same day saying my car was ready for pick up. (Around 4pm). I inquired about the tires when I picked up the vehicle, and asked if any work had been done that involved tires since I had gotten a notification of low air in one of them, and they said no. They were very kind and even put more air in my tire before I left. Well next morning, I walk out to my car and my tire was completely flat! Turns out the shop accidentally ran over a huge nail that had been imbedded in my tire and overlooked. Hence the low tire warning that morning while it was in the shop. I called the shop and explained what had happened and Tyler was more than happy to make it right- and he did! He was able to call tire discounters and call ahead for me and advise them I was coming and to bill them for whatever the repairs would be. I was beyond grateful and it meant a lot for a company to do that and lessen my burdens. I know accidents happen but Tyler made it right and was beyond apologetic and acted quickly to resolve the issue! I would recommend them to ANYONE and thank you THANK YOU caliber collision for absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service! You have my business for life!!
