John, the service adviser was perfect each step of the repair process. John started with a full estimate which I received promptly. John handled all the Insurance coordination. John keep me updated the entire time my vehicle was being repaired. Bill the manager made sure that I was satisfied with the quality of work. Elisa was amazing getting my rental arranged, and took care of all my other paperwork. Elisa was always available by phone despite how busy they were, answers all my questions and made sure all my paperwork was correct . The facility was super clean and all the staff I had contact with was very friendly. The repair was completed perfect, you cannot tell there was ever damage.This was the best crash repair experience I have ever had.

The repair was perfect. I did not rate higher because of a little overspray on the front bumper. I had a small scrape and since the scrape was not part of the claim they did not sand it, they just sprayed over it.

Overall I was satisfied with the experience. Caliber Collision has always done amazing work. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that my car sat the first week with nothing being done. I understand the insurance company’s communication wasn’t great but it would have been nice if Caliber would have called and let me know the status so I could have contacted insurance to see what was going on. Again, other than that it was great!
