I'm mostly satisfied, but would love for the rest of the minor work to be done. Given that they told my insurance company what needed to be fixed, and then did not fix everything thing you stated.

From the initial meeting with William Hartney , to the day I picked up my car at Caliber Collision, I was nothing but very impressed. The young lady who met me in the reception area was so pleasant , knowledgeable and friendly. Mr. Hartney explained everything very clearly and carefully! I didn’t have the opportunity to meet the staff that actually did the repair work, but I have a nephew who is a car repair pro on the side. He examined the Collision work very thoroughly and gave it a ten. I also received the finished car in Perfect condition inside and out. I received repair updates from Caliber almost daily, which was a reassuring surprise! They really care, I thought. I will not hesitate recommending Crest Hill Caliber Collision to family and friends !

I am extremely satisfied and impressed with the work from the Caliber Crest Hill, IL Team. John P. was outstanding and was exceptional. He kept me informed and made me feel like a priority. He had valuable insights to provide and clearly explained the entire process. He could not have done a better job. Also, the Office Customer Service individual behind the front desk was exceptional. She guided me through the entire process and was super helpful in allowing me to leave my rental at Caliber so I did not have to pull my wife away from work -- this is a huge benefit to having a seamless workday.
