I dropped my car off at caliber in west loop Chicago to be fixed. They then transferred my car to their Joliet location, and everything went down hill from there. Nobody from Joliet communicated with me until I kept calling + my car took double the time that they said, and once they called to say it was ready, it wasn’t. After more back + forth and more days waiting, I spoke with the on site manager of west loop and he said he personally test drove my car + that it was ready. I finally came to pick up the car and it was not even properly fixed!! There was chipped paint in my brand new door, the door wouldn’t event close properly so I had to schedule ANOTHER time to bring my car back again to be fixed. Such a headache. When they finally fixed the door, my husband picked up the car and then had to bring it right back because he noticed that the exhaust pipe was dangling(?!?!) in the back of the car. This was an awful experience + horrible attention to detail. We will not be back.
