Caliber has always been a go to recommendation for years if I ever have someone ask for help. Having this be my 1st accident myself as someone who has adjusted auto claims for years, im very thankful my experience was just as great as others. The text updates were perfection as I never had to question whats going on or have any confusion. The work was done in a timely matter and up to amazing standards.

I received my car back on Friday, July 31, 2026. Immediately upon getting the key, the car did not start. I went to see the manager and she said car battery die here all the time since they don't drive it. I thought that was very unusual since the car is only 2 years old. She advised me to drive it around which I did for 15 mins. We returned to the shop, test the battery by turning the car off, and it started up. I drove 15 mins to return home. After about 15 mins of the car being off, it was unable to start again. My girlfriend took me to AutoZone where I purchased a $80 jumper for my car. I got home and used the jumper and it worked. At that point, I'm thinking to drive the car longer to recharge the battery. I drove for a little over an hour round trip and returned home. The next day on Saturday morning, the car couldn't start again. I didn't attempt to jump it since I didn't need to drive it over the weekend. Now today Monday morning, my car will not jump at all and I am unable to go to work.

Nikki, our Service Adviser, was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and on top of every concern. One thing that we noticed a minor incidental, was the front passenger driver seat, dash, and door panel had a white powdery residue. We later wiped it off when we got home. Sincerely, Donald H Tremper

I am very satisfied. I felt that Mr. Earl went above and beyond. When I picked up the car it looked great, also the inside of my car was vacuumed and clear than when I dropped it off. Working with Mr. Earl and Angel has been a very positive experience. They are patient and explain everything in detail.
