I would just like to say that Nikki, my contact person with Caliber was wonderful and kept me informed at every point along the way on my truck repair. The repair went ahead of schedule and my truck appears brand new again. I haven't been able to spend much time with my truck but I'm happy so far and I have to give Nikki all the praise that I can, she was so professional and kept me informed all along the way of the progress of my truck and the project was finished over a week ahead of schedule. Everyone was very nice and professional at Caliber Collision. Angela was great with sending the authorization form . This was so my car could get started with being repaired. I believe his name was Ed he was awesome. He explained to me everything that was being repaired on my car. Caliber Collision did an excellent job with repairing my car. Before I left my tire needed air in my tire. That tire had nothing to do with the car repair. Ed offered to put air in my tire. He went beyond his job duty to put air in my tire. I was so appreciative and grateful for the excellent customer service that I recieved from Caliber Collision. If I was to rate them I would give them a 5 star. Thank you so much Caliber for your excellent customer service
