The drop off and pick up process were very easy. The customer service, over the phone, was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and patient. The reason I didn't give a 10 was the lack of communication in the timeline. I was told you would have my car for two weeks. After the two weeks, I had to call to check on the status. I was told another two weeks because you had to order new parts. I text message updates are vague and not helpful.
