It took awhile for repairs to be completed. Date kept moving to the right. But they wanted to ensure everthing was correct before I recieved it back. I can't say enough about the office staff and employees. They were great. They kept me will informed and I still called them a number of times. Very patient. When we check out the car we noticed a black spot where paint was rubbed off on front bumper. I didn't recall seeing it before so my wife pointed it out. To our surprise and embarrassment they were able to show us photos they took at the time we gave it to them. Thank you all for get our lives back to normal. God bless

Nikki and her staff were amazing. If I could rate higher than a 10, I would from the time I walk through the door to drop my car off to the time I pick my car up. We were in constant communication and they explained every step as my car went through the process, answered any questions that I have and were extremely knowledgeable in the process. I have recommended their site to two different friends.

I had to take truck back to have left headlight hooked up. They said was just wires not connected. Then the censor for the headlight warning appeared on dash screen. The person who does the calibrations was not there, which means I had to take the truck back today to get that taken care of. However, the office staff were all very pleasant, attentive and professional
