I honestly do not have enough great things to say about our experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the secretary was so helpful in explaining what would happen and even helped me transfer my car rental allotment from insurance from one Enterprise location to a different one that was closer to your shop. Nikki was our advisor through the process and explained everything that was going to happen and kept us informed of the progress all along the way. Whenever I had a question, she was quick to respond and could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We certainly will be recommending your shop to anyone we know who needs body repair services.
