Overall the repair process was smooth, but after picking up my vehicle I noticed a few concerns. There is a rattling sound coming from inside the driver-side door that becomes more noticeable at higher speeds. Additionally, around 50–60 mph I hear a consistent humming noise from the front driver-side area that does not change with acceleration. I wanted to report these issues so they can be addressed. Thank you.

Overall, my experience was positive with professional customer service and good communication throughout the process. While I still have a minor concern with the repair result, I would recommend them, as there is just a little room for improvement.

The staff was professional and communication was good, but I’m still experiencing a rattling noise in the door at higher speeds and a humming sound from the front driver side around 50–60 mph. Because of this, I can’t say I’m fully satisfied with the repair quality. I’d appreciate having it looked at again.
