Kaiser location, awful awful whereabouts where my truck was they didn’t know things that I saw when I showed up to the shop and I told her that’s not acceptable. There are still My Boss has been doing this for 10 years. He may not say yes to that not acceptable I’m a customer.

The customer service was great but there were a couple of adjustments that needed to be made last second. The biggest issue was in communication. I expressed that the driver side day time running light was working prior to the car being hit but that was not included in the repair. Other than that the service was great.
