I am happy to report a 10 rating, but it should be more like a 20! The whole staff were completely amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, the work looks amazing, facility felt welcoming and clean! I’ve been through a lot lately. Divorce, my friend has been missing for a couple months, neck surgery, car broken into, car back into, accident with motorcyclist, etc. That being said, having such wonder people care not only about my truck, but also cared about me as a human being was very heart warming! I will recommend anyone I know to go to Caliber Collision!!! That’s because of the staff! The gals were nice and funny too! Took the time to talk. I so appreciate that in today’s climate. Please! Please! Please! Forward this to them and any one who can and should do something for them! Raises would be great! And probably some pizza and beer 🍺 too! Ok, probably pop! But, you catch my drift. I would like someone to contact me to make sure I’ve been heard, but especially them! My phone is 541/913/2226. Please not text. I’m old school and want to hear a voice! A loyal customer for life!
