The staff at Caliber were friendly & professional. They communicated every step of the process with me & handled everything from arranging a rental & returning it. The entire process was quick & seamless. While I don’t wish anyone to get in an accident, if they need an auto repair business, Caliber would be the one I recommend.

I felt they worked very hard to make the whole experience go well. They were professional and yet at the same time added a “personal touch” in all my contact with them. Repair job was almost perfect. Some areas of the paint were not done professionally but overall it looks good.

The service was amazing! But I did find 2 small parallel scratches on the windshield that weren't there before, and one small corner on bumper near driverside wheel well that isn't covered with paint.

Amazing customer service from Nikki!! I called her same day as service to thank her...repair was quick and very affordable, with next day service! Before repair was made, we went to dealership to find out they would not cover repair under our warranty still in effect. My subaru looks great, cant even tell I scratched it. The extra details of making the inside and clean and give it a fresh smell (it needed it) are great too. The people inside at the counter were great too, all in all a great experience.
