Communication was key in my experience. Caliber informed me every step of the way, including delays in ordering discontinued parts. Their staff was courteous and professional. Lorenzo, in particular, handled my concerns with detail and went above and beyond in addressing them and pointed out areas only an experienced tech/mechanic would know. All repairs were satisfactory (to date) with a promise to return if any repair seemed problematic in the future. My vehicle was also returned clean and additional consideration was done to minor, temporary"fixes" forthright in their explanation on parts and services, Lorenzo also made recommendations in helping me find additional parts for my vehicle.

Lorenzo and crew went above and beyond in the repair and care of my vehicle. Sounds like a commercial, I know, but the vehicle came back in better condition than I gave it. They even threw in a few patches on things to be addressed in the future and gave suggestions on where to find replacements for the minor touch ups. Very much appreciated.
